SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery across India takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive orders within 3–5 business days.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.
DELIVERY PARTNERS
We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart to ensure safe and timely delivery across all pin codes in India.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to us. Please contact support to reship.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
