7-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
All regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Sale items, customised products, and innerwear are non-returnable.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN
Email us at urbandrip.net@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, along with photos of the item. We will initiate a pickup within 2 business days.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or colour? We offer free size exchanges (subject to availability). Raise a request within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
